US Regional Sales Representative (m/f/d)

What you can expect

Responsible for targeted sales activities in the US Region
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy in the US Region for your targeted accounts that align with our overall corporate goals and objectives
Focus on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop action plans by market segment to grow VisiConsult’s US business
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. marketing, engineering, applications team and customer service
Provide timely and accurate reporting to US Region GM and WW Sales Leadership
Proven ability to work with alternative distribution channels

What you should bring

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, sales, marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales - preferably in NDT - and proven sales and customer relationship building experiences
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Solid knowledge of sales techniques, methods and best practices
Familiarity with CRM software and tools
Strategic and analytical mindset as well as strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, industry standards, and competitive landscape
Results-oriented thinking with a focus on achieving measurable results
Interpersonal skills, negotiation skills as well as very good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Strong leadership and sales partner management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire in accordance with our company values
